How does it work

The Fullview integration works for both tickets and live chat. Where you're looking at a ticket, or have a chat open, on the right side you will see the Fullview panel, where you can access recent user sessions or initiate a call. This means that whenever.

Fullview is designed to work seamlessly with your tech stack; leveraging this integration means that your support agents won't have to change their workflows. They can simply gain additional context and be empowered to solve issues much faster.

One-click installation
