How does it work?

Simply select a customer and you will see a small Fullview panel where you can access recent user sessions or initiate a call if the user is online. You can also open a link to the full customer profile in Fullview if you need additional information.

  • Fullview account (any plan) with API integration
  • Zendesk account (any plan)
