How does it work?
The Fullview integration works for both tickets and live chat.
Where you're looking at a ticket, or have a chat open, on the right side you will see the Fullview panel, where you can access recent user sessions or initiate a call. This means that whenever.
How to install?
This is a one-click installation. All you'll have to do is click "Install". The first time the panel shows up on your Zendesk dashboard, you'll have to click "authorize" and after that all of Fullview's data will be there!
