Are there any downloads involved?

No, neither you nor your customers have to download anything. Fullview is completely cloud-based.

How do I install Fullview for my organization?

Installing Fullview often takes less than 10 minutes. It can be done by adding our script to your web app and performing a simple API integration to identify your users.

Is it a no-code installation?

Yes. You can install Fullview without having to make changes to your app’s codebase. You can use Google Tag Manager or any other tools that allow you to paste a script in the header of your web app.

Does Fullview support both Single Page Applications and Multi Page Applications?

Yes, Fullview SDK supports both SPAs and MPAs.

Does Fullview support iframe and HTML canvas?

We do support HTML Canvas. Fullview can capture the content of same-origin<iframe> without any additional configurations. Fullview can also capture cross-origin<iframe> as long as the CSPs of the iframe’s origin is set to allow external resources to access it.

Does Fullview impact page load on my application?

Fullview is built to be incredibly lightweight, resulting in a basically unnoticeable impact on load times.

Does Fullview work with mobile apps and desktop apps?

Currently Fullview supports web apps only.

Billing

Do I get access to both cobrowsings and replays?

Yes, you always have access to both products. For example, if you are on a pro plan for Session Replays, you automatically have access to the free tier of Cobrowsing as well, and vice versa.

Is there a time limit to the free plan?

No, you can stay on the free plan as long as you want and invite as many team members as you like. You can upgrade to a Pro plan whenever you want and enjoy a 14-day trail.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

At the end of your trial, if you choose not to buy a subscription, you will be automatically downgraded to the free plan and will be able to continue using the product within those limits.

Is Fullview GDPR compliant?

Fullview is built with security and privacy at top of mind. We are fully GDPR compliant and ISO 27001 ready. All data is stored within the EU.

What privacy features do you offer?
