You will be able to create a ticket from your Fullview Dashboard (or even directly from the support software you use, depending on if we have an integration with it) with the press of a button.
A report will automatically be generated for you and you'll be able to add additional information if needed. If your developers have access to Fullview, they will be able to replay user sessions, see device and browser information, console events and more.
