Taps and rage taps

A phone has no cursor, so each tap is marked where the finger landed, with the label of the button. Three fast taps in one place are flagged as a rage tap.

Screens

Report screen names from your navigator and the timeline reads “Visited Checkout” next to the taps that led there. Screens are searchable across sessions.

Network requests React Native

Method, URL, status, duration, headers and size for requests made through fetch, XMLHttpRequest, axios or Apollo. Credentials are redacted on the device.

The customer

Identify the customer in the SDK and every mobile session lands on their profile, next to their web sessions.

Fullview MCP and API

Works with your AI tools

Give your agents and your data team the same view of the session that your support team has.

Fullview MCP

Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients can search sessions and read what happened: the timeline, the network requests and the AI summary. Sign in with your Fullview account, SSO included.

AI summaries

Each replay gets a short summary of what the customer tried and where it broke, so your team goes straight to the moment that matters.

Public API

Export sessions, events and AI summaries to your own warehouse or tools. Mobile sessions in the API are coming soon.

For developers

Install in a few lines

Add the SDK, start it at launch and identify the customer. Their mobile sessions land on the same profile as their web sessions.

Mobile session replay FAQ

Which platforms are supported?

React Native 0.81+ on the New Architecture, native iOS (UIKit and SwiftUI, iOS 15+) and native Android (Jetpack Compose and Views).

What does a mobile replay capture?

The screen as compressed frames, every tap with the label of the control that was pressed, rage taps and the screens the customer visited. In React Native apps it also records HTTP requests made through fetch, XMLHttpRequest, axios or Apollo, with method, URL, status, duration, headers and size. Request and response bodies are not recorded.

Will it slow down the app or use a lot of data?

Frames are sent about once a second while something on screen changes and not at all while it is still, at 10 to 15 KB each. An hour of constant use costs about 36 MB at most. Recording pauses when the customer puts the phone down, and you can limit it to Wi-Fi.

How is sensitive data protected?

Views wrapped in DataRedaction are masked on the device in every frame. Text field contents are never recorded, and Authorization and Cookie headers are removed before anything is sent. Fullview is SOC 2 and GDPR compliant, hosted on AWS in the EU or US.

Can I use replays with AI tools?

Yes. The Fullview MCP lets Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients search sessions and read the timeline, network requests and AI summary. The public API exports the same data in bulk. Mobile sessions in the API are coming soon.

Can I see web and mobile replays together?

Yes. Mobile replays sit on the same customer profile as their web replays, in the same dashboard and helpdesk integrations.

How is mobile session replay priced?

Start a free trial to try mobile replay in your own app. Mobile replays have their own allowance, next to your web replays. For a price for your volume, book a demo.
